Returns and Refunds
1. RETURNS POLICY AND COST
a) Subject to meeting the conditions defined in the Returns and Exchanges conditions section below, we offer a free returns policy that allows you to return delivered items to us up to 30 days after the delivery date.
b) Damaged Goods and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders.
i) If you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please arrange for the return of the item using the Returns Process below. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within the return deadlines as mentioned in the Return/Exchange Timeline Eligibility below.
ii) If you believe your item is defective, please contact our customer service via email customercare@aignerme.com or by phone.

Iii) If you would still like the item and it is deemed to be defective, they are subject to after service repairs with repair work ranging from 7 to 21 business days from the date that they are handed in to Aigner.
c) Earrings bought at full price or on sale are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered for hygienic purposes.
d) Customised items are not exchangeable nor refundable.
1.1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items provided with the order) must be returned to us as per below:
a) Goods refunded or exchanged must be in original packaging (with box/dust-covers, where applicable) with price tags/instructions/labels still attached.
b) Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition without any damage. (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents).
c) If the order delivered includes gift(s) with purchase/promotional items, all free gifts must also be returned in order to be eligible for return/exchange. The gift(s) must be unopened, non-damaged, with all price tags/instructions/labels intact to be eligible.
d) Original proof of purchase/order confirmation is required to qualify for a return/refund/exchange.
1.2. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
a) Returning an order
(i) How to return
· By contacting our customer service team who will assist you on initiating the return request, with a pickup from your doorstep.
· By visiting an AIGNER store. Find your nearest one here on the store locator.
(ii) If the return request is approved, the returned items will be refunded as mentioned in the refund section.
b) Exchanging an order
(i) You can exchange your online order with another item(s) of the same value paid online or higher, by visiting your nearest AIGNER store. Find yours here.
c) Our team has the right to decline your return/exchange request if the Return & Exchange conditions outlined above are not met.
1.3. REFUND PROCESS
a) Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and the item(s) returned have been approved. After the approval, we will issue a refund of the amount paid of the item(s) duly returned.
b) Your refund will be processed via the following methods:
(i) Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase or via bank transfer if the return is done after 30 days from the purchase date.
(ii) Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit or via bank transfer. The store credit can be used only in our physical stores. Find them here on the store locator. https://aignerme.com/en_sa/aigner-storelocator
c) The refund request should be sent to our customer service via email at customercare@aignerme.com. If you require a bank transfer refund, please send us your bank account details with your order details in order to proceed with the process.
d) All refunds may take up to 14 working days (from the date the item is received in our warehouse) to reflect in your card/bank statement, conditional on the issuing bank.
1.4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE ELIGIBILITY
For all regions, including UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain:
a) Exchange/ Return of Sale Items: Free return/exchange in-store or online up to 7 days after delivery of the order.
b) Exchange/Return for all Regularly Priced Items: Free return/exchange in-store or online up to 30 days after delivery of the order.
